1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AuraPilot AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business (e.g., a beauty salon or independent practice), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Services Description

AuraPilot AI provides a CRM platform designed for beauty providers to manage client bookings, communications via SMS and social media, and business automation using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • For certain features, you may be required to verify your professional beauty license or business EIN.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (API Compliance)

You agree NOT to use AuraPilot AI to:

  • Send "spam" or unsolicited messages in violation of the TCPA or international laws.
  • Use the Instagram/Meta API to scrape data or engage in automated "like/follow" schemes.
  • Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
  • Misrepresent your identity or the nature of your beauty business to clients.

By enabling SMS features, you agree to the following:

Consent: You must obtain prior express written consent from your clients before sending them marketing messages.

Keywords: You acknowledge that clients can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP". You must honor these requests.

Support: Clients can text "HELP" for assistance.

Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your client interactions.

6. Third-Party Integrations (Google, Meta, Apple, X)

AuraPilot AI allows you to connect third-party accounts.

Liability: We are not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, or changes in terms of Google, Meta, Apple, or X.

Authentication: We use OAuth for secure access; we do not store your third-party passwords.

Compliance: You must comply with the respective Terms of Service for each platform you connect to AuraPilot AI.

7. AI Usage & Disclaimer

Our CRM utilizes AI to suggest replies and automate tasks.

Human Oversight: You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent to a client.

Disclaimer: AuraPilot AI is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or professional advice provided by the AI.

8. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Our Content: We own the AuraPilot AI software, code, logos, and trademarks.

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the client data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services to you.

9. Fees and Subscription

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of Platform and API access (e.g., your ability to access the platform, send SMS or sync calendars).

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAPILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination & Data Deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta's Developer Policies.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
